Shipping

All orders are shipped within a maximum of 2 weeks from the date of payment posting. If the goods are in stock, they are shipped immediately after payment posting. Shipments are sent during our workshop's working hours, from Monday to Friday.

Warranty

Euphony Pickups offers a two-year warranty on workmanship and materials, starting from the date of purchase of the product. If during this period our converter fails due to defective workmanship or materials, we will repair it or replace the product with a new one at our expense.

The warranty does not apply if you have modified or tampered with the device or if you have used it in an improper way (modifications to wiring, extension of wires, unsoldering of pots, removal of original waxing, any other mechanical interference with the pickup, visible mechanical damage to the winding or the pickup itself). We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages that may result from the use of this product.
