Euphony Pickups offers a two-year warranty on workmanship and materials, starting from the date of purchase of the product. If during this period our converter fails due to defective workmanship or materials, we will repair it or replace the product with a new one at our expense. The warranty does not apply if you have modified or tampered with the device or if you have used it in an improper way (modifications to wiring, extension of wires, unsoldering of pots, removal of original waxing, any other mechanical interference with the pickup, visible mechanical damage to the winding or the pickup itself). We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages that may result from the use of this product.
All orders are shipped within a maximum of 2 weeks from the date of payment posting. If the goods are in stock, they are shipped immediately after payment posting. Shipments are sent during our workshop's working hours, from Monday to Friday.
In order to take care of each customer, we have decided that each product purchased from us can be returned or exchanged for another product within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you are returning a product: An original purchase receipt with the date must be attached to each return. You pay for the shipment yourself. The product should be in the original, undamaged packaging, without any signs of use. Processing the return after receipt may take up to four weeks. Euphony Pickups does not accept returns if we determine that the product has been misused or damaged upon arrival. The warranty becomes void in the case of any physical modifications to the product, such as changing the original wiring layout, removing the tape from the converter, or any physical damage. Damaged products are not eligible for return. If you want to exchange a product: With every product exchange, an original purchase receipt with the date must be attached to the package. You pay for the shipment yourself. The product should be in the original, undamaged packaging, without any signs of use. After receiving your package and checking the goods, we will ask you by email to indicate the product you want to exchange the purchased goods for. After accepting the new order, we will ask you to pay for the shipping costs and any additional charge for the different goods. If we have to refund you money, we will first settle your overpayment with the shipping costs. The rest will be returned to your account.
